Raoul is Demian’s imaginary recapping partner on Television Without Pity.
Originally all Show pages at Television Without Pity had clipart graphics from Glark, and Supernatural's was a dragon. He became known as the “Big Gay Dragon” or the “Big Gay Supernatural Dragon,” an idea sparked by this comment made by Demian:

Raoul’s name was selected by TWoP members in the "Name That Dragon!" poll in October 2006.
