Rapture

The Rapture is term used to describe the events surrounding the second coming of Christ where the faithful are taken back to Heaven. 4.20 The Rapture focuses on the relationship between Castiel and his human vessel Jimmy Novak. The Rapture was also mentioned in 5.04 The End.

When Chuck eliminates all life on Earth except for Sam, Dean, Jack, and Michael for one of His endings, the archangel calls it "The Rapture." Jack reverses this when he becomes the new God.
