Ronald Resnick is a bank employee who witnessed a robbery committed by a co-worker Juan. Ronald is convinced however that it was not the real Juan who committed the crime. Ronald researches a string of related robberies, and concludes that they are committed by Mandroids.
Sam and Dean, in the guise of FBI agents, take Ronald's research, and Sam tries to convince him that nothing 'unnatural' is happening.
