Rudy

Rudy calls in Dean to help on a "fangbanger" case, when the body of a young woman is found with her throat ripped. However, due to the [[Mark of Cain]], Dean's demeanor has become more aggressive, and he tells Rudy he should go home and leave the killing to a "real [[hunter]]." Deciding it's not worth it to work with Dean, Rudy splits off on his own.
As Rudy is grabbing a machete from his trunk, he places a call to Sam telling him about Dean's attitude issues and where he can locate him. He gets to the cabin where the [[vampires]] are staying, and feeding on Crystal Thorrson, but is captured and beaten. When one of the vamps goes to wash the blood from his hands, Dean arrives and quickly decapitates him. When he enters the cabin, he finds Rudy being held at knife point by the other vampire Reggie. When Rudy attempts to talk his way out of the situation, Dean tells him to just leave as Reggie doesn't have the guts to kill his only insurance. Tension begin rising as Dean is egging Reggie on to stab Rudy, to prove to Rudy he can just walk away. Dean's plan back fires, and Reggie drives the knife into Rudy's chest , killinghim. As Rudy's body hits the floor, Dean quickly goes in for the kill and unties Crystal, who accuses Dean of letting Rudy get killed.
Later on in his motel room, while Dean is washing his hands, he seeing a flash of bloody and beaten Castiel in the mirror, followed by a bloody and angry looking Rudy. Causing Dean to destroy his motel room.
