Police Records
Sam's police record appeared in 1.15 The Benders as follows:
At the time, he was not wanted for any crimes.
Following the events of 2.07 The Usual Suspects, Sam, unlike Dean, does not have an official record in the FBI database.[1]
After his arrest in Little Rock, Arkansas, he is charged with breaking and entering, and as an accessory to armed robbery, kidnapping, and three counts of first degree murder.[2] His mugshot appeared as follows:
In 3.12 Jus in Bello, we see his FBI wanted poster and get a peek at his FBI file:
After Lilith destroys the sheriff's station in Monument, Colorado, Sam is assumed dead by authorities.[3]
