Region 2 (UK, Europe) - Season 2 - Volume 1
Released May 14, 2007, this region 2 DVD is available in Europe and contains the first 11 episodes of Season 2 as well as some unaired scenes.
The Season 2 DVD Region 2 (Part 1) came with an inside flap, summarizing and advertising Season 1.
Region 4 (Australia)
There was some controversy surrounding the release of the Region 4 Season 2 DVD. Contrary to what was advertised & listed in the packaging, some of the commentaries on the episodes were missing (there were no features at all on Disc 1).
Australian fans engaged in correspondance with Warner Bros Australia with mixed results with regards to receiving refunds for the falsely advertaised DVDs.
