In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Jensen was asked what line Dean says the most and his answer was "son of a bitch." Here is an accounting of every time the Winchesters have said this phrase.

Season 1

1.02 Wendigo

At 29:59, Sam wants to kill the "evil son of bitch," known as a wendigo.

1.06 Skin

At 20:15, Dean wants Sam to get the "son of bitch" (shapeshifter).

1.10 Asylum

At 24:45, Dean says "son of a bitch" when his flashlight goes out. At 33:17, Dean starts to say it again after Kat almost shoots him.

1.13 Route 666

At 34:37, Dean says "son of bitch" as the killer truck crashes into the Impala.

1.14 Nightmare

At 34:43, Dean starts to say it as Max Miller points the gun at his step mother, Alice Miller.

1.15 The Benders

At 34:56, Dean calls Pa Bender a "son of a bitch" as Dean is burned with a hot poker.

1.16 Shadow

At 35:22, John Winchester tells Sam that the demon that killed their mother is a scary "son of a bitch."

1.17 Hell House

At 35:53, Sam wants Mordechai, the "ugly son of a bitch," to come and get him.

1.20 Dead Man's Blood

At 10:50, John Winchester says it while reviewing Daniel Elkins' letter and then again when he is talking about the Demon. Dean says it at 21:51 when he realizes vampires aren't afraid of the sun.

1.21 Salvation

John Winchester says it when he finds out Pastor Jim Murphy is dead at 7:35. At 29:39, Dean says it when talking about killing the Demon.

1.22 Devil's Trap

At 10:42, Dean promises to march into Hell and kill all the "sons of bitches." At 20:46, Dean is upset when he finds out that the demons are using innocent people as shields. At 36:19, Dean calls the Demon a "son of a bitch" while he is taunting Dean.

Season 2

2.04 Children Shouldn't Play with Dead Things

Dean wants to hunt down the Demon that "son of a bitch" at 3:20.

2.05 Simon Said

At 21:31, Sam wants to keep his eyes on Andy Gallagher, the "son of a bitch," so he can't hurt anyone else.

At 36:54, Dean says "son of a bitch" when he realizes that Detective Pete Sheridan is taking him away to kill him.

At 38:31, Dean is upset that his John made a deal with the "son of a bitch," Demon.

Dean calls Gordon Walker a "son of a bitch" at 25:44 when he finds out that Gordon didn't care about a girl that was possessed. Dean is upset about what Gordon Walker did to Sam at 35:31.

Dean says "son of bitch" when he can't kick open the door of the pool house at 32:04.

2.12 Nightshifter

At 4:15, Dean starts to say it as bright lights come on at Ronald Resnick's house. At 8:20, Dean feels sorry for the "poor son of a bitch," Ronald Resnick.

2.14 Born Under a Bad Sign

Dean thinks the dead guy might be a "bad son of a bitch" at 10:25. Dean says "son of a bitch" when he realizes that Sam has disappeared with the Impala at 17:40. Dean calls a possessed Sam a "son of a bitch" at 26:03.

Dean says "son of a bitch" when he sees that the air was let out of the tires of the Impala at 25:46.

Dean says "son of a bitch" at 20:25 when he realizes the rabbit's foot was stolen from Sam. Dean starts to say it when Bela Talbot shoots Sam at 35:54. Dean says "son of a bitch" when he realizes Bela Talbot stole his lottery tickets at 38:15.

3.10 Dream a Little Dream of Me

Dean calls his dream self a "son of bitch" when his dream self-goads him at 34:43.

3.11 Mystery Spot

Sam calls the Trickster a "son of a bitch" at 26:30.

3.16 No Rest for the Wicked

At 15:00, Dean tells Sam that the "evil sons of bitches" know that they are family and that Sam is Dean's weak spot.

Season 4

4.03 In the Beginning

Dean explains to Samuel Campbell that his dad wanted to learn as much as he could about that "son of a bitch" that killed his mother at 18:46. Dean tells that "son of a bitch" (Yellow-Eyed Demon) that he is the one that kills him at 34:50. Young Mary Campbell calls the Yellow-Eyed Demon a son of bitch after he kills John Winchester and her parents at 37:06.

4.04 Metamorphosis

At 34:45, Sam calls Travis a stupid "son of a bitch."

4.05 Monster Movie

When Dean spots Dracula, his response is "son of a bitch" at 18:24. Dean tells the shapeshifter that he is a "crazy son of a bitch" at 29:49.

4.06 Yellow Fever

As Dean is hallucinating, he tells whatever "evil son of bitch" that is possessing his brother to get out at 29:54.

4.07 It's the Great Pumpkin, Sam Winchester

When Dean sees the cheerleader, Tracy Davis, enter the first victim's house he says "son of a bitch" at 11:54, and then he says it again to clarify for Sam at 12:00.

4.11 Family Remains

Dean felt bad for the "sons of bitches" that were trapped in the house and held prisoner at 40:16.

4.16 On the Head of a Pin

Dean calls Castiel a "son of a bitch" when he doesn't explain how Dean is supposed to stop the Apocalypse at 40:52

4.19 Jump the Shark

Dean says "son of a bitch," twice, at 30:15 and 30:28, after he is trapped in the mausoleum.

Season 5

5.01 Sympathy for the Devil

At 6:43, Dean is upset at Zachariah because those "sons of bitches" jump started the Apocalypse. Then at 8:23, Dean calls Zachariah a "son of bitch" after he blasts the angels away using a angel banishing sigil. At 28:45, Dean again calls Zachariah a "son of a bitch" after he breaks Sam's legs.

5.03 Free to Be You and Me

Dean calls Raphael a "stupid son of a bitch" at 26:40. Dean spends too much time worrying about Sam, the "son of a bitch," at 36:04

5.04 The End

Sam wants to hunt down all the "sons of bitches" that ruined their lives at 3:21.

5.08 Changing Channels

When Dean gets caught lying about his research at 2:05, he says "son of a bitch." Dean wants to kill the Trickster, that "son of a bitch" at 7:37. Dean says "son of a bitch" after the Trickster disappears at 14:39. At 23:16, Dean again says it after getting caught in the lie during the Supernatural Comedy. At 25:07, Sam asks the Trickster: “You want us to say yes to those sons of bitches?” Dean wonders what the “SOB” did to Castiel at 29:58. Dean says "son of a bitch" at 31:15 when he realizes the Trickster isn't a trickster. Dean calls for the "son of a bitch" Trickster at 31:48

5.10 Abandon All Hope

At 35:31, Sam calls Lucifer a "son of a bitch."

5.13 The Song Remains the Same

Dean is excited that Castiel made it back from 1978 and calls him a "son of a bitch" at 38:04.

Dean says "son of a bitch" after hurting his hand by punching Cupid at 16:16.
