Mrs. Audrey Robinson hid the actions of Martin and his friends, as did [[Harold Todd]], now the town mayor, for over 40 years. Cyrus had been dormant during this time, but he was awakened when his old family home was bulldozed.

When first Clayton Soames and then Martin Robinson are killed, Martin's daughter [[Cassie Robinson|Cassie]] calls on [[Dean]] and [[Sam]] for help in finding out what happened, as she believes their cause of death was supernatural. She is correct, and the investigation leads them to Cyrus Dorian and eventually Cassie's mother, who tells them the story behind Cyrus's death.
