You see me messing with crystals or listening to Yanni? It's actually a very old idea. Got a lot of different names: Bilocation, crisis apparition, fetches... I think it's happening to us. Andd And if it is, it means that we're spirits of people close to death. <br><br>

Sam circles around the bed and sits cross legged on the floor. He opens the box and pulls out the board.<br><br>

You know, you read the most interesting things. For example, did you know that reapers can alter human perception? I sure didn't. Basically they can make themselves appear however they want. Like, say, auh, a pretty girl. You're are much prettier than the last reaper I met. <br><br>
T!REAPER<br>
DEMON<br>
You conjuring me, John. I'm surprised. I took you for a lot f of things. But suicidally reckless wasn't one of them.<br><br>
JOHN<br>
Dean, are you here? <br>
(looks around)<br>
I couldn't find anything in the book. I don't know how to help you. But I'll keep trying, all right? As long as you keep fighting. I mean, come on you can't, you can't leave me here alone with dad, weDad. We'll kill each other, you know that.<br>
(pause) <br>
Dean, you've got to gotta hold on. You can't go, man, not now. We were just starting to be brothers again. Can you hear me? <br><br>

I think I'll pass on the seventy -two virgins, thanks. I'm not that into prude chicks anyway.<br><br>

<Int. Hospital Hallway: Bloody man grabs Dean, then disappears. TRT :54>
SAM and !DEAN walk down the hospital corridor. !DEAN gets distracted by something and stops, SAM continues on.
!DEAN is looking into an examination room with a NURSE and a YOUNG WOMAN.
NURSE:
You'll need to undress.
WOMAN takes off her top and begins to unhook her bra. NURSE closes the door to the room .
!DEAN:
No. It would be wrong to go in. Would it?
!DEAN smiles and moves toward the room but is grabbed by a MAN COVERED IN BLOOD lying on a bed in the corridor.
BLOODY MAN:
Please help me.
!DEAN:
You can see me?
BLOODY MAN:
Don't let me die.
!DEAN looks around for help before he looks back down at the corridor bed. It is empty and clean.

DEAN walks down the hospital corridor.
BLOODY MAN:
Help me!
DEAN stops and looks into a room with 2 beds. On one bed is a MAN COVERED IN BLOOD reaching out for help. On the other bed is another man with a WOMAN seated by his side, they are watching TV companionably.
WOMAN:
I prefer Alex Trebek with the mustache, don't you?
BLOODY MAN:
I need a doctor. Don't let me die.
TESSA (off screen):
Can't you see me? Why won't you look at me?
!DEAN:
Now what?
