Sam speaks to Isabel and she reveals that she had one of Rose's kidneys transplanted into her when she was 16 - that is how the spirit has moved around, able to go wherever Isabel does. Rendezvousing with Dean they are stuck as how to deal with the situation, wondering whether [[Hoodoo]] may provide a temporary solution. As they discuss option, the [[Impala]] revs up - it has been possessed, and starts pursuing Dean. He mangers to maneuver it into a wall, but in the crash Isabel is fatally injured. As she dies, the spirit of Rose appears and apologizes, before disappearing.
Back at [[Singer Salvage Yard|Bobby's place]], Dean works on the Impala. he questions the value of what they do, but Sam points out that, while things don't always work out, they do save lives, and they did stop [[Lucifer]]]. He thanks Dean for getting his soul back, and reminds Dean that he will always have his back.
