Anyone else think it's trivia that the Nurse's name was Karla, and Misha was in a movie titled Karla? It wouldn't be relevant except the episode is Sam, Interrupted and Misha was also in Girl, Interrupted. --Civfan24

Did anyone else notice that the nurses eyes are blacked out like a demon possession when she says "yes sugar, the doctor thinks that would be best."
