Within the iTunes Store and Amazon's Instant Video store, S5E13 is titled "Back to the Future II", whereas the IMDb listing has "The Song Remains The Same". As far as I can tell, my original research indicates that the original production title was as IMDb has it stated, but at some point it was changed. :There is a brief mention of the episode title change under the "minutiae" section of the article.
