- She doesn't; at least, not necessarily. Not all of the first demons were Knights of Hell; Lucifer chose his Knights from the first demons. Therefore, Lilith may not be a Knight herself. --TenkaiXXO (talk) 02:39, 20 February 2013 (PST)
