I've had only a very limited experience with the Catholic Church, but there's something about Pastor Jim's church that strikes me as Not Catholic (and the fact that he's not addressed as Father Murphy, also an issue.) Lutheran, Episcopalian, etc. pastors also wear the collar, and are very often addressed as Pastor {Christian name.) They have been known to occasionally hang out in churches. ;) How to address this in a tactful way? Should the reference to his religion be removed entirely? Marked as disputed?

I think it was me who made that ref in the first place, so feel free to edit it. You can just put it in as something like "Jim's religion is not made explicit in SPN, it could be..." and essentially put in what you've written above :) Sound alright?
