Tammi is a black-eyed demon, but appears to be more powerful than other black-eyed demons. Similar to Azazel, she can pin both Sam and Dean to the wall, and use her power to kill at a distance - killing the witches of the coven by slicing the wrists of Amanda Burns, snapping the neck of Renee and stopping Elizabeth's heart. Tammi stops a bullet from The Colt when Sam tries to shoot her. She causes internal bleeding in Dean, similar to that seen in 1.22 Devil's Trap.
She reveals that when Ruby was human, she was a witch who sold her soul to her.
