Telepath

One who communicates through telepathy – the declared inborn skill of humans and other creatures to exchange information from one mind to another, without speech or body language. Telepathy is often connected to various paranormal phenomena such as precognition, clairvoyance and empathy and is probably the most paranormal subject holding the greatest interest.

1.08 Bugs

When Dean shuts downs Sam's hypothesis that a haunting could possibly cause beetles to attack and kill someone due to a lack of ghost activity, he suggests that someone or something could be controlling the bugs. Sam agrees, citing cases of psychic connections between people and animals, mentioning elementals and telepaths.

2.21 All Hell Breaks Loose: Part One

Using a receipt signed by Dean, Andy Gallagher sends Dean a vision of Sam and the bell from Cold Oak, South Dakota, to let him know their current whereabouts. Dean receives it while he and Bobby inspect the burned wreckage of Harvelle's Roadhouse.

War reveals to Sam that he can see inside his head, telling Sam that all he's thinking about is demon blood.

Castiel reads the mind of a sex worker, telling her it's not her fault her father left her family.

While a vampire, Dean receives a teelpathic vision from the Alpha Vampire.

10.23 Brother's Keeper

Castiel reads Rowena's mind in order to find out what she loves, placing two fingers on her forehead, he sees a vision of a young Polish boy named Oskar.

12.04 American Nightmare

Magda Peterson first uses her telepathy to contact the Child Protective Services case worker Olivia Sanchez to help her through praying to her. Unbeknownst to Magda, she only caused Olivia to recite her Aramaic prayer and become inflicted with her self flagellation wounds and stigmata, killing her. She would also attempt to communicate with the grocery store delivery boy, Ricky Copeland, who met the same fate as Olivia Sanchez.

13.07 War of the Worlds

Michael "hitches a ride" on Lucifer's cerebral cortex, allowing him to see visions of Lucifer's universe.

14.01 Stranger in a Strange Land

While trying to find what the beings of Earth wanted, Michael read the mind of a Muslim man, Jamil Hamed. Michael proceeded to point out Jamil's hypocrisy, he wished for peace but fled Syria leaving his friends to die. How he wished for love, but committed adultery.
