The First Blade is the weapon used by Cain to kill his brother Abel, it was fashioned from the jaw of an animal. The blade is the only thing in existence capable of killing a Knight of Hell, however the blade alone is not able to kill a Knight, the Mark of Cain is necessary for the wielder to bare, as it is the source of power.
