This Nun was present in St. Mary's Convent in 1972 which Azazel has idenitifed as a portal to where Lucifer is being held prisoner. After slaughtering all the nuns, she becomes a channel for Lucifer which allows him to communicate with Azazel and instructs him how to arrange his relases, including the plan involving the Special Children
