History
Todd is a boy Sam and Dean initially see being chased by bullies. He later makes a wish at the Wishing Well at Lucky Chin's. Later Dean see him able to terrorize the bullies, tipping over a car and punching Dean. after the spell is broken, Dean helps him maintain the illusion that he's not to be messed with.
