I have seen Seasons One through Five. My edits to this Wiki will be accurate and Canonical. I think that I can greatly contribute to this Wiki. My favorite episode of Supernatural is 5.22 Swan Song. My User name clearly dictates how I will contribute to this Wiki; I will fix grammatical errors and mistakes. I love how Supernatural has incorporated Mythology related themes and used them in many ways to produce plots that otherwise would've been boring without the biblical aspects.... My favorite character would have to be Castiel. This holds true for many different reasons: one reason being: Castiel has been in approx. 28, possibly 29 episodes. When a character is seen in that many episodes, the viewers get to know that specific character to a whole new degree. Also, Castiel has changed a lot throughout Seasons Four and Five. This makes it interesting to watch his character- development.

Some of my favorite Websites include: http://www.VGcats.com, http://www.IGN.com.

Some of my favorite videogames include: The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, Super Smash Bros. Melee (SSBM), The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask and Mega Man ZX. VGcats is a webcomic written by a Canadian man by the name of Scott Ramsoomair. The comic series often includes video game-based humor and satire targeting the video game industry.

Season 5 Overview

Season 5 was a great break-through for Supernatural. It was filled with many themes. These themes includes: suspense, drama and action. The climax of season 5 was outstanding and very complex in meaning. The following overviews describe how I interpreted the episode. I skipped over episode 5, episode 6 and episode 7.

5.01

5.01 Sympathy For The Devil

Antagonist(s) - Angels and Demons

Season 5 starts with Lucifer ascending from his Cage and coming to Earth - Sam Winchester unknowingly sets the Devil free by breaking the Last Seal. An Unidentified Force teleports Dean and Sam away from Lucifer's wrath and onto a plane that is flying directly over St. Mary's chapel. Soon after, Lucifer is trying to find a Vessel so that he can be seen by humans while on Earth. Lucifer hones in on a guy named Nick. Nick and Lucifer have a discussion. Nick tells Lucifer that he will assent if Lucifer gets justice for his family. Lucifer promises and Nick says yes. Zachariah tells Dean that he is Michael's Vessel, and he tortures Sam till Deans says yes. But Castiel mysteriously returns from the dead. He tells Zachariah to leave and heal the boys and Zachariah complies and disappears. Castiel then engraves Enochian runes into Dean and Sam's ribs; he tells them that these runes will hide them from all angels, including Michael and Lucifer. Bobby gets injured and is confined to a wheel-chair.

5.02

5.02 Good God Y'All

Antagonist(s) - War

Dean receives an X-ray of his ribs. He looks at the X-Ray and finds weird angelic symbols inscribed onto his ribs. Castiel calls Sam and Dean and asks for their location - Dean and Sam are now hidden form all angels, this includes Castiel. Dean relays their location and Castiel appears. Bobby orders Castiel to heal him, but Castiel tells them that he is now cut off from Heaven, which limits him to what he can and can't do. He tells Bobby that he is sorry but he is unable to heal him. Castiel tells Dean that there is an alternative to stopping Lucifer. He tells them the Creator can also stop Lucifer. Cas asks Dean if he could borrow Dean Amulet. Dean says no, but Cas persuades him otherwise, Dean tells him not to lose it. Bobby gets a call from Rufus, who tells him that he needs back-up. Bobby sends Dean and Sam to aid Rufus. Dean and Sam enter a town that has been basically decimated and left in ruin; cars are turned sideways, the buildings appear to be vacant. Dean and Sam run into an old friend, Ellen. She takes them to a Church that is occupied with most of the town's community. Sam and Ellen go to find Jo who has been supposedly captured by Demons. Sam and Ellen come across a "nest" of demons. The demons spot them and a few demons are sent to take Ellen and Sam out. One of the demons look like Jo and the other looks like Rufus - Are they possessed? Ellen escapes but Sam is overtaken by demons and gets captured. Jo and Rufus torture Sam thinking he is a demon. Back at the church Dean and Ellen discuss what’s happening. Dean discovers that Wormwood is manipulating everyone's perception. Ellen and Dean agree that Wormwood is the one behind of all the chaos. Rogers finds Sam..... Sam finds out that the man he is talking to isn't Roger or a man. The man finally revels himself to be War.

Much later.... Sam and Dean track down War. They pull out Ruby's Knife and they cut off War's ring-finger. They steal War's ring and they leave War behind.

Dean and Sam decide that it would be best for both of them if they part and go separate ways. They depart.

I'm skipping over a lot of the episodes of Season 5. I apologize, but I can't fit 22 Episode Overviews on my userpage.

5.03

5.03 Free To Be You And Me

Antagonist(s) - Raphael

Soon after the departure of Dean and Sam.....

Sam lies quietly on his bed trying hard to fall asleep. He turns over on his side, and to his surprise someone is laying there with him. It's Jessica Moore - his deceased girlfriend.

Meanwhile.... Dean is still hunting the Supernatural. In a back alley Dean kills a Vampire. We see scenes of Dean killing the Supernatural and Sam cooking and burning some ID's along with other things.

INT. Apartment – NIGHT

Dean is in the bathroom washing his face. He quickly looks away from the mirror, he looks back is sees Castiel behind him. He seems to have been caught off guard. Castiel asks Dean for help finding an angel, but not just any angel, the angel who supposedly killed Castiel in 4.22 Lucifer Rising. Castiel tells Dean that the angel is actually an Archangel named Raphael. Dean seems a little reluctant to help Castiel find the archangel. Castiel pleas saying that he threw "everything" away for Dean - he sacrificed his place on the Host. Dean complies, and asks where they can find the archangel.

INT. Pub – EVENING

Sam is now a dish washer and cook. Lindsey is throwing darts her aim isn't that good. Sam is standing by the bar tender. Sam watches the News, apparently there weather and temperature problems around the Globe - hailstorms and forest fires - It's The Apocalypse. Sam looks away from the TV with embarrassment, knowing that he started Armageddon. Lindsey and Sam talk. They seal a deal. She says: "Here's what we play for. When I win, you buy me dinner and tell me your life story." Sam replies by saying "Sounds fair". Sam hits the center of the target every time.

Dean and Castiel make their way to a sheriff station in Maine. Dean seems confused; he asks Castiel why they are at the sheriff's department. Castiel responds with, "A deputy sheriff laid eyes on the archangel." It seems like Dean is going back to the incident with Pamela. He is bewildered. Dean remarks, "And he still has eyes? All right, what's the plan?" Castiel suggests that they tell the deputy that he witnessed an angel of the Lord and Castiel thinks that the deputy will give them the angel's location. Dean laughs; Dean tells Castiel that they should lie as humans are known for their dishonesty.

Dean pulls out another fake ID and stashes it inside CASTIEL's coat, then adjusts Castiel's coat and tie.

Dean shows the deputy his ID and gesture Castiel to do the same. Castiel doesn't understand Dean's notion, Dean then apologies to the deputy and tells him that his partner is new.

Dean, Castiel and the Deputy Sheriff discuss the disturbance out at the Pump 'n Go on Route 4.

The Deputy says "there was a freaking explosion. They said it was one of those underground gas tanks, but, uh, I don't think so."

The Deputy Sheriff tells them that he saw a flash of white light and noticed what appeared to be a ball of pure white. He then says that he saw a man kneeling in the light without any scratches or repercussions from the explosion. Deans asks the deputy is he knew the guy, the sheriff told Dean that the guy was a mechanic named Donnie Finnerman.

Dean and Castiel go to Saint Pete's Hospital. They find Donnie who is confined to a wheel-chair. Castiel predicts that Donnie was Raphael's vessel, and that is why he is in his current condition. Dean is very concerned; he asks Castiel if he were to consent to Michael would he be left in Donnie's condition. Castiel replies no, it would be far worse for you because Michael is far more powerful than Raphael. Dean and Castiel make their way to what looks like an abandon house. They enter the house. Dean stands at the door on Castiel's order. A mysterious figure has a current of electricity following out of his body. The mysterious man says Castiel's name as if he knows him from somewhere. Castiel responds by saying Raphael. Dean remarks, "I thought you were suppose be impressive and all you do is black the room." Raphael replies "And the Eastern sea board.

Raphael tells Dean that he will take him to Michael. Dean chuckles and say that he's not going anywhere with Raphael, calling him a "melon head". Raphael reminds Dean of Zachariah's torture saying that Zachariah doesn't come close to having Raphael's imagination/creativity. Dean remarks, "I bet you didn't imagine one thing." Raphael loudly says in return, "What!" Dean replies, "We knew you were coming you stupid son of a bitch!" Dean flicks on his lighter and tosses it to the ground which has been dosed with Holy Oil. A ring of fire surrounds Raphael. Castiel then questions his brother. He tells Raphael to reveal God's location. Raphael sounds surprised and asks Castiel if he heard that God is in fact dead. Castiel looks away in dismay, and he then asks Raphael if God is dead than how did he return from the dead. Raphael says that Lucifer was probably the one who revived Castiel, saying that Lucifer is trying to recruit all the rebellious angels that he can. Castiel tells his brother that he is lying. Raphael relays the fact that God has been silent even through the 20th Century (World War II) and he says even now God is still doing nothing to help Earth - Raphael suspects that God is dead for the His silence over the centuries. Castiel and Dean are about to leave. Raphael calls Castiel back. Warning Cass to not leave him in the Holy Fire. Castiel replies with a vulgar remark and leaves Raphael.

INT. Sam's Apartment – NIGHT

Sam is sleeping peacefully. He wakes up and turns over on his side. He sees Jessica staring at him..... They talk....

Sam gets up and is pacing around. Jessica shifts into Lucifer.

Lucifer gets Sam's attention. Sam knows its Lucifer. Lucifer tells Sam that he is a difficult human to find - This is due to the Enochain runes that Castiel inscribed onto his ribs. Lucifer thanks Sam for releasing him, saying that he wants to reward Sam by giving him "Everything". Sam sternly tells Lucifer that he doesn't want anything from him. Lucifer looks down. Lucifer tells Sam that he is a Vessel, Lucifer's Vessel. Sam quickly denies it. Sam tells Lucifer he will never assent to him, Lucifer tells Sam that he will never lie nor trick him but it will happen. Lucifer disappears.

5.04 The End

Antagonist(s) - Lucifer

Soon after Sam meets Lucifer.....

Dean is walking the streets of Kansas City. A preacher try’s to stop people to tell them of God's plan for them. Dean passes the preacher, he stops in his tracks when he hears the preacher mention God's plan, Dean briefly thinks about consenting to Michael, but the thought quickly leaves his mind. Dean enters a Hotel. He goes to his room, and converses with Castiel by phone. Dean tells Castiel that it makes no sense for the Demons to have the Colt. But Castiel tells Dean that if he wants to kill Lucifer, the Colt is the only way to do so. Castiel asks for Dean's location. Dean gives Castiel his position and Castiel tells Dean that his Cell Phone says he's almost out of minutes, and hangs up.

Dean is sleeping quietly on his bed. It's about 4AM and the phone rings. Dean answers thinking its Cas. He quickly finds out its Sam. Sam informs Dean that he is the Vessel for Lucifer. Dean tells Sam that they should avoid Michael and Lucifer separately. Dean hangs up. He goes back to sleep. When Dean awakes, he finds himself in a totally different place than were he fell asleep. Dean makes his way outside, looks around. He sees an abandon city; cars are lopsided and buildings have been destroyed. He walks further on.....

Written on a building with spray-paint is the word CROATOAN.

Dean spots a little girl sprawled out on the ground. Dean approaches her. She jumps to her feet. Dean is startled. She lunges towards Dean; he jumps out of her way. She has been infected with the Croatoan Virus. Dean runs from her. More people follow Dean - They're all infected. Dean is cornered. Then all of the sudden Dean hears gunfire and some of infected are dropping to the ground dead. Dean flees.

Dean makes his way to a car-pile facility. He reads a near by sign. It reads Year of 2014. Dean high-jacks a car and hits the road. After an hour of driving, an angel appears in the passenger seat with a Newspaper. It's Zachariah. Dean looks over and sees him. Dean tells Zachariah that he knew that he was involved with this whole future crap deal. Zachariah tells Dean that he had to use fringe Christian groups to locate Dean. Zachariah reads part of the Newspaper to Dean - Zachariah iterates all natural disaster and forest fires. He tells Dean that this is what will happen if he continues to refuse the Archangel Michael. Zachariah tells Deanthat he wants him to stay in the future for least three days. Zachariah disappears.

Dean head to Bobby's House. He find Bobby's wheel-chair empty with four bullet holes.

(Not Finished!)

5.08

5.08 Changing Channels

Antagonist(s) - Gabriel

Dean and Sam investigate a case where a wife swears that her husband was killed by the Incredible Hulk.

Soon afterwards..... Dean and Sam mysteriously appear at some Hospital. Dean and Sam exchange confused looks. A nurse approaches Sam and says "Doctor" and slaps him and walks away. Dean opens a door, he sees two doctors making-out. He quickly shuts the door and smiles. Dean discovers that they are in the TV Show Dr. Sexy, MD. Dean and Sam come to the conclusion that their dealing with the infamous Trickster. Doctor Palmer approaches Dean and Sam. He asks Dean "You want to give me one good reason why you defied my direct order to do the experimental face transplant on Mrs. Biehl?" Dean replies "One reason?" Palmer nods.

Dean looks down. Palmer is wearing white tennis shoes. Dean slams him against the wall, saying "You're not Dr. Sexy." The Doctor shifts his body. It's the Trickster. The Trickster traps Dean and Sam in a Japanese Game Show, a TV Ad, and a Sitcom.

Much Later..... Castiel manages to appear long enough to inform them that he doubts Dean and Sam are dealing with a Trickster, he suspects they're dealing with a stronger Being. The Trickster comes in. He greets Cas and snaps his fingers, banishing Castiel from the scene. Cas disappears. Dean asks the Trickster where he sent Cas. The Trickster tells him not to worry about it, stating that he'll live... Maybe. Dean is pissed. He tells the Trickster he's all done with the games/riddles. He tells the Trickster that they get it; they need to play their roles. The Trickster tells Dean that he's half right. He tells Dean and Sam to play their roles in the Real World. Dean and Sam are confused. The Trickster tells them they need to assent to the Archangels - Dean as Michael, Sam as Lucifer. Dean smirks; he asks the Trickster what side he's on, Heaven or Hell. The Trickster says he doesn't work for either Side. Dean jokingly says the Trickster is some buddies bitch. The Trickster responds with anger; he slams Dean into a wall *The Trickster shows no sign of any effort in doing so*. He tells Dean not to presume to know what he is, and he vanishes.

Sam and Dean continue in TV until during a cop show they think they spot the Trickster and stab him with a stake dipped in blood. But while it momentarily appears things are back to normal, when Sam appears to have been transformed into the Impala, it is obvious they aren't out, they've merely changed channels again. Finally, acting on a hunch, Dean sets a ring of Holy Oil, and entraps the Trickster, who reveals himself as Gabriel the Archangel. Gabriel reveals he left Heaven and took on the disguise as the Trickster because he couldn't bear his father (God) and brothers (Lucifer, Michael, and the other angels) fighting. He says that Sam and Dean are destined to be the vessels, because they mirror the relationship between Michael and Lucifer. Dean is like Michael - the loyal son obeying the absent father, and Sam is like Lucifer - the rebellious son. He says it has always been predestined.
