History

Violet Duval is a werewolf and sister to Julian Duval, and belongs to one of the five monster families that runs Chicago's underworld. She and a shapeshifter David Lassiter were at one point in love and planned on running away together, however David's brother Sal threatened her to leave him,because of the consequences that can arise from their relationship. Years later Violet was to be married in an arranged marriage her father set-up with a pack of werewolves from New York.
