Mick Davies meets with Wally at a diner, where he proceeds to pitch Wally the benefits of joining up with the British Men of Letters. Unimpressed, Wally sits across from Mick, listening skeptically and slurping his soda. With a deep sigh, Wally asks to see Mick's hands, which Mick obliges. Wally takes Micks hands and inspects them, and tells him that they are soft and questions if he has ever gone on a hunt before. When Mick confirms that he hasn't, Wally ends their meeting telling Mick, that he doesn't know him and isn't interested in taking orders from a "limey paper pusher." Telling Mick he can take his offer and shove it up his ass, before paying for his burger and leaving.
